Billboard has released their list of “21 Under 21: Music’s Hottest Minors 2012” and some of our favorites have made the list.

Kicking off the list at #21 was Victoria Justice, while Austin & Ally star, Ross Lynch, came in at #20. At #18 came “Can’t Be Tamed” singer Miley Cyrus and Bridgit Mendler came in at #16.

Australian born singer, Cody Simpson, hit the list at #12, while Nick Jonas kicked off the top 10 at #10. Selena Gomez came in at #6 and Scotty McCreery came in at #4.

Demi Lovato made the list at #3 with British boy band, One Direction, coming in at #2. In the #1 spot for the second year in a row was Justin Bieber.
