Miley Cyurs presented at the 2012 iHeartRadio Music Festival at the MGM Grand Garden Arena last night, September 21, in Las Vegas. She introduced rapper, Lil Wayne.

Miley was joined by Olympic Gold medalist Ryan Lochte on stage before heading backstage to mingle with Gwen Stefani, Jason Aldean, Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora.

She rocked a black turtleneck crop top and silver skirt with her blonde hair and a pair of leopard print heels. Her look was really fun last night and she looked really pretty.
