No One Loses or Wins

Miley Cyrus chatted with Billboard during the iHeart Radio festival in Las Vegas on Friday night, September 21. She was there to present Lil Wayne with Ryan Lochte.

Miley talked to the music mag about her new album which she expects to be released in early 2013. She revealed she has been talking to music labels about her record.

She said she has dedicated her last year to her new album and this is the first time she’s been able to take her time and enjoy making the record she wants to make.
