We Were Feeling Alright

More information from Taylor Swift’s first film role in Girls Like Us has been released. Earlier this year it was announced Taylor would be portraying, Joni Mitchell, in the film adaptation of Sheila Weller’s book. 

Variety is reporting, “the project is beginning to heat up as a handful of up-and-coming Hollywood starlets start testing for the roles of singers Carly Simon and Carole King.”

They go on to say, “…chemistry between the three leads is crucial, and the filmmakers want to get the casting right before deciding to move forward — hence, the exploratory testing.”

The film has not been given the green light quite yet, but with filmmakers already testing stars for the other two leads I am going to guess we will be hearing something soon.
