Men’s Fitness talked with celebrity trainer Bobby Strom about working with The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson this past summer. They talked to the trainer about Josh’s workouts and nutrition plan that prepared him for filming scenes for his new film, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
Strom revealed Josh got ready for the film by doing “…five hour-long workouts a week—which included one league basketball game and four Strom-led, circuit-style gym sessions.”
Josh also “…spent his summer having his meals come to him via Zen Foods, which delivers five calorie-controlled, well-balanced meals and snacks to Strom’s clients each morning.”
I can’t wait to see how this affects Josh’s performance in the new film. I am so excited!
