Justin Bieber made another fan’s dreams come true when he visited with Hailey Roser before his concert Milwaukee last night, October 21. Justin is currently on his Believe tour.

The campaign to get Hailey, a four year old fan diagnosed with a brain tumor at the end of the summer, to meet Justin began a few weeks ago when members of Hailey’s family began to reach out to Justin’s team over Twitter and Facebook.

Justin learned about Hailey and had the opportunity to meet her and her family yesterday before his show. He gifted Hailey with several items and spent some time with her.

Her smile is the cutest thing, Justin is such a sweetheart.
