Ashley Tisdale was honored at Variety’s Hollywood’s New Leaders 2012 event in West Hollywood on Monday evening, October 29. She was joined by her business partner Jesssica Rhodes.

Jessica and Ashley head up Blondie Girl productions which is beginning to make waves in the entertainment industry. Ashley’s dress is really cute.
