Selena Gomez is one of Glamour‘s Women of the Year and is gracing the cover of their December issue looking all grown up. She was labeled “The Independent Spirit”.

Her pal Taylor Swift told the mag, “She’s giving back to people who need help, because of her own life experience…She’s the exception to so many rules”. Selena is being honored for all of her charity work.
