Miley Cyrus is seeking a restraining order against the man who was arrested trespassing on her property earlier this year. She filed the request on October 30 and it was approved that same day.

TMZ.com is reporting Jason Luis Rivera, who is currently in jail serving a year and a half sentence, “must stay at least 1,000 YARDS away from Miley at all times”.

Rivera was found on Miley’s property with scissors and was charged with “trespassing and resisting arrest”. I’m glad she’s taking this precaution, it must be so scary feeling unsafe in your own home.
