Miley Cyrus paid a visit to Spot! Pet Boutique in Los Angeles today, November 26, to pick up some essentials for the newest member of her family, Penny Lane!

Miley and her mother, Tish and little sister, Noah adopted a small puppy and promptly went to buy all the necessities for the little one. It looks like the new doggie is Noah’s!

I love that Miley is always rescuing dogs, she has such a big heart!
