On The Way

Ashley Benson chatted with Teen Vogue at the Bongo Graffiti party in Los Angeles last week about the upcoming Winter premiere of Pretty Little Liars, working with Lucy Hale on Bongo, holiday tips, and so much more.

On the Winter Premiere of PLL: “Mona returns from the psych ward and that sets up everything for the season. She tries to befriend Hanna again and she wants to make it work, but all the girls think she’s crazy!

Now that the audience knows that Toby’s with A, all the girls are going to find out and Spencer has a lot coming up dealing with that. There are a lot of twists and turns, and we’re trying to figure out who is on the A team and if one of the girls is on the A team.”

On working with Lucy on the Bongo campaign: “It’s been so fun working with Lucy and Bongo.  We did two shoots in New York, and we both love the city. We’re not from there, so we get to have a great time messing around, eating, taking pictures, dressing up in a million different looks. We always dance around! I love to dance, so I always make her dance with me when we do shoots.”

On her holiday styling tips: A lot of sequins for New Year’s! Red, green, white — I fail at all of that because I’m always in black. But for Christmas, I do love wearing cute dresses with tights and a pair of boots.
