One Direction sat down with Barbara Walters as part of her 10 Most Fascinating People for 2012 to discuss their rise to fame, their fans, and more.

Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Niall Horan opened up to Barbara about still not believing this is their life, their fans throwing bras on stage and the shelf life of boy bands.

When asked if the boys would ever go solo, Louis and Niall immediately piped up saying they definitely couldn’t do it. All five boys agreed they like being in a band more.

Gabby Douglas, Ben Affleck, Prince Harry, Honey Boo Boo and more were also featured on the annual list.
