This Is How It Starts

Miley Cyrus was spotted taking her dog, Floyd for a walk today, December 18, in Philadelphia. Miley arrived in Philly yesterday to spend some time with her man, Liam Hemsworth.

Liam is currently finishing filming on his new movie, Paranoia. Liam began filming it in Philly this past Summer, but it was put on hiatus until he was done shooting The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

She looks so cold. But I spot a Holiday cup from Starbucks, so hopefully that is keeping her somewhat warm.
