Miley Cyrus was seen trying to keep warm in Philadelphia today, December 19. The young star has returned to Philadelphia to keep her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, company while he films his new movie, Paranoia.

In other Miley news, the young star was at the Sigma Sound Studios last night, December 18, to work on her fourth album. She tweeted yesterday, “Studio with @Flippa123 @PopWansel @Oakwud”.

Her performance at VH1 Divas has got me so hyped for her new album! I really hope she doesn’t keep us waiting much longer!
