Justin Bieber is allegedly being investigated for assault. TMZ.com is reporting a security guard at the venue Justin performed at in Ottawa has filed charges against the singer.

It appears the woman who has made the claims was hit by a Nerf gun. Apparently, “Justin was Nerf fighting with his 3-year-old brother and 4-year-old sister” and “one of the darts hit the woman”.

The woman was very upset and filed a police report. The Ottawa police are now looking in to situation and even interviewing witnesses.

Honestly? This just seems a tad bit ridiculous, especially since it sounds like Justin and his siblings were having fun and the woman unfortunately got stuck in the cross-fire.
