Miley Cyrus was spotted out in Toluca Lake today, February 4. Wearing a cropped floral shirt, jean shorts, and Doc Martins, Miley waved to the photogs as she was seen walking outside her house.

The “Can’t Be Tamed” singer spent this past Saturday shooting Lil’ Kim and Tiffany Foxx’s new music video for “Twisted’. No word on what Miley will be doing in the video, but you can bet it will be good.
