Jake T. Austin is returning to the small screen and sticking with the Disney family! Jake, who starred on Wizards of Waverly Place, will now star in the ABCFamily drama The Fosters.

The hour-long show was just picked up for a full season and is executive produced by Jennifer Lopez. The drama will focus on a “multi-ethnic family of foster and biological kids being raised by two mothers”.

Production is expected to begin this Spring with a Summer premiere expected. I’m so excited to have Jake back on my TV, the show sounds interesting, too!
