Victoria Justice braved the cold weather while out and about in New York City today, February 6. The singer is in town to promote her upcoming tour.
Victoria will be hitting the road this summer for her “Here 2 Us” tour. It will kick off in Los Angeles on June 19 and end in St. Augustine, FL on August 16.
