Chloe Moretz stepped out in New York City today, February 7. She was spotted walking around town with some friends in knee-high black boots and a black jacket.

Chloe is in town to attend New York Fashion Week which kicks off in the coming days. She was recently in Paris for Paris Fashion Week and took in New York Fashion Week last fall, too.
