Justin Bieber was seen leaving dinner in London tonight, February 20. The star was seen with some friends leaving the Mint Leaf restaurant after having the day off.

Justin will soon head to Manchester where he is scheduled to perform at the Manchester Arena tomorrow, February 21. Justin is currently touring Europe on his Believe World Tour.

I can’t think of a better place to spend a day off then in London! I absolutely love that city!
