Justin Bieber attended a book signing in London today, February 23. Justin was signing copies of his book “Just Getting Started” at the Congress Center.

Justin, who has been in England for the past couple of days, will soon head to Liverpool where he will hit the stage at the Echo Arena Liverpool tomorrow, February 24.

I hope Justin has enjoyed his time in England. Anyone seeing him tomorrow?
