Paul Wesley is going to Shanghai! In the above video, Paul announces that he is visiting the city sometime this month for Fanstang.

Earlier this year, Paul’s The Vampire Diaries costar, Nina Dobrev, attended a similar event in Fanstang in Shanghai. She was joined on the trip by her boyfriend Ian Somerhalder.
