Ian Somerhalder greeted fans outside of Live with Kelly and Michael today, March 13, in New York City. The Vampire Diaries star took some times to sign autographs and take pictures before heading inside for his interview.

Ian was on the show to talk about his Ian Somerhalder Foundation. The foundation empowers, educates and collaborates with people and projects to positively impact the planet and its creatures.
