Aly Michalka has landed a new role. Aly will be starring alongside Bianca Kajlich in the NBC pilot, Undateable.

The show is based on the book by Ellen Rakieten & Anne Coyle and “is described as a bromantic comedy about Danny (Chris D’Elia) and Justin (Brent Morin) — two very different guys who are bonded by their common inability to attract women.”

Aly “plays Maddie, an attractive waitress in Justin’s (Morin) bar who is endlessly attracted to jerks and bad pickup lines … but could she have a sweet spot for Justin?”

The pilot will be filmed within the couple of weeks and if green lighted by NBC will air this Fall. Congrats to Aly on the role!
