Victoria Justice was a guest on On-Air with Ryan Seacrest this morning, March 22. Victoria was on the show to promote her appearance at the opening of Ryan Seacrest Foundation‘s Seacrest Studios at Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

During her brief interview, Victoria spoke about not having her driving license, what she filming earlier this week, and her tour. Victoria will also be announcing information on her summer tour in April!

I am still shocked that she hasn’t gotten her license yet!
