Ian Somerhalder has become the 2013 Josie Maran Cosmetics’ Model Citizen. The Vampire Diaries‘ star was chosen to be the cosmetic brand’s Model Citizen because of the amazing things he has done for the environment with The Ian Somerhalder Foundation.
