A behind the scenes video from Justin Bieber’s Teen Vogue cover shoot has been released. Justin is on the cover of the May 2013 issue.

Justin, who is currently traveling around Europe on his Believe World Tour, will be performing at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Billboard announced today, April 3, the young singer, along with Taylor Swift, will perform at the May 19th awards show.
