adidas Neo Label has released a new video of Justin Bieber hosting a Believe Tour pre-party in Hamburg. The store invited fans of Justin to attend the party and celebrate Justin’s concert stop in Hamburg on April 2.

Justin has spent the past couple of months touring Europe on his Believe World Tour. Tonight, April 5, he will continue his tour in Dortmund, Germany.

I love that Justin stopped by the store to see his fans. From the looks of it, everyone had a great time at the party!
