Shay Mitchell opened up to Seventeen Magazine about how she got over haters and learned to love her body in this new interview. Shay is currently filming the fourth season of Pretty Little Liars.

On getting over haters: “If I were to allow people’s opinions of me—when they see me on the red carpet or in a photo shoot—affect me, I would be destroyed. My opinion is the only opinion that counts.”

Her advice to girls: “Would we ever really want to live in a world where everyone looks perfect and the same? No! That would be so boring. There is no oneelse out there like you—you’re unique and beautiful!”

The new season of PLL will premiere on June 11! I need the new season NOW! I am going through withdrawal!
