Selena Gomez helped celebrate Sophia Grace’s birthday while on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday, April 16. Selena was on the show to perform her new single, “Come & Get It”.

In the video, Selena helped wheel out Sophia Grace’s cake and watched as she blew out her candles. Sophia Grace looked so happy in this video and her wish was so cute!
