Miley Cyrus was spotted out in Beverly Hills yesterday, April 18. The star rocked a pair of white shorts and a cute belt as she and a friend hit the streets of Beverly Hills.

Miley, who does not seem to be wearing her engagement ring, has decided to postpone her upcoming nuptials to Liam Hemsworth. The couple are apparently in no rush to get married and are putting it off for now.

Her belt is fantastic! It looks great on her.
