Miley Cyrus filled up her car in Studio City today, April 30. The singer chatted away and laughed on her phone as she made a quick stop.

Miley is the newest cover girl for V Magazine, the issue is slated for release on May 9. She also is on the cover of ELLE UK for the month of May. With all these magazine covers I would not be surprised if she announced a single soon!

It cracks me up how much Miley loves certain articles of clothing, she re-wears things all the time. Also, she really should not be on her cell phone while at a gas pump, it’s very unsafe.
