Miley Cyrus is on the cover of the newest issue of V Magazine! The singer’s cover was revealed on tonight’s episode of Entertainment Tonight (April 30).

Miley opened up to the magazine about chopping off her hair and her new style. The issue is expected to hit newsstands on May 9!
