Demi Lovato spoke at the National Children’s Mental Health Awareness Day in Washington D.C. today, May 7. Demi was there to receive an award from U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius.

Demi, who was the honorary chairperson for the event, spoke out about her own mental health problems and substance abuse during the event. Her speech was fantastic. I love how she reached out to not only the young, but the old in it!

She looks so cute! The dress she is wearing looks fantastic on her and her hair looks great. Loving the blonde on her.
