Demi Lovato shared a special message for young adults as an ambassador for the 2013 National Children’s Mental Health Awareness Day. She spoke at National Children’s Mental Health Awareness Day today, May 7, in Washington, D.C.

Demi reaches out in this video message letting young people know they are not alone when they feel out of control due to mental health issues.

This is such a strong message from Demi, especially since she does know what a young person might be going through.
