Demi Lovato attended a listening party for her new album, DEMI with Z100 while she was in New York City yesterday, May 16. During the party, fans got the chance to sit in as Demi answered questions about her album.

Billboard is projecting Demi will sell somewhere between 100,000 to 110,000 copies. This means that she will land in the #2 or #3 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.
