Much Better Without You

Ashley Tisdale is taking protective, legal action against the crazed fan who had been stalking her. She has been granted a temporary restraining order against Nicholas Fiore.

Fiore has sent Ashley over 18,000 tweets in the last year, with several recent ones referencing guns. Ashely filed the restraining order because she is afraid he might shoot her or her boyfriend, Christopher French.

The current restraining order only requires Fiore to stay 100 yards away from Ashley; however, he has already trespassed on her property twice in the past.

Ashley’s restraining order requested he stay at least 5.000 yards away. A hearing will be held on June 5.
