Entertainment Weekly has released another photo from the upcoming movie, Divergent. The photo gives fans their first look at Four played by Theo James.

The photo “captures a moment from early in the film when Four is showing the Dauntless initiates around their new headquarters.” Divergent is based off the best selling book by Veronica Roth.

To get ready to play Four, Theo was given the chance to lead his castmates in training before filming. Director, Neil Burger said “They didn’t know he was playing Four, they thought he was our stunt coordinator. He put them through it.”

Divergent hits theaters on March 21.
