Joe Jonas and his girlfriend, Blanda braved the wind and rain to do some shopping in New York City today, July 1. The couple was spotted at TopShop in SoHo picking up some new threads.
Joe is prepping for her upcoming summer tour with his brothers Nick and Kevin. They kick off their tour on July 10 in Chicago. Their new single “First Time” is available on iTunes now!!
