Demi Lovato chatted with the Huffington Post about her new album DEMI, working on X-Factor, her famous friends and so much more. Also above is a new interview she did with Valentine!

On the difference from this album and her last (Unbroken): “Well, the songs are a lot better [laughs]. And my voice has grown. I feel like I’m more in touch with what I wanted to do as an artist and I think you can tell when you listen to the album.”

On her famous friends: “You know, people in my life — like Selena and Nick and Miley, even — they’ve all been there for me during really hard times. I like to surround myself with people who understand where I am in my life and that have my best interests at heart.”

On her proudest accomplishment: ” think sticking my hands in cement at the Mann’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood — that was pretty incredible for me. That was a really big accomplishment.”
