Selena Gomez was spotted getting her hair done in Los Angeles yesterday, July 19. The star covered her head as she headed in and out of the salon.

Selena will most likely begin celebrating her 21st birthday this weekend with her friends. Her birthday is not until Monday, July 22, but if I were here I would make it a weekend long event.

I wonder what she is going to do for her birthday?
