Vanessa Hudgens attended the Ischia Global Film Festival last night, July 19, in Ischia, Italy. The Spring Breakers star took home the Global Icon award at the festival.

Vanessa was honored at the dinner held last night, she was joined by her friends including director Eli Roth who has been her constant companion while she has been in Italy.
