Selena Gomez stopped for her fans waiting outside of her hotel in New York City today, July 24. She is in Manhattan to launch the Fall 2013 collection of her Dream Out Loud line.

Sold exclusively at K-Mart, Selena held a celebration today with several of her fans to kick off the new line. She has been in party-mode all week as she turned 21 years old on Mondy and released her newest album Stars Dance on Tuesday.

It is predicted Selena will take the #1 slot on the Billboard 200, landing her first #1 album. Stars Dance is available now so be sure to go pick it up!!!
