Teen Vogue is counting down to the release of One Direction’s This Is Us and in honor of their September coverboys they have released more backstage photos of the band.

Zsyn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles chatted with the magazine about what their tattoos mean. Louis shares that Niall Horan, who is tattoo-free as of now, goes back and forth on whether or not to get a tattoo.

Zayn reveals he drew most of his own tattoos while Louis and Harry chose their tattoos because they liked the design or the tat reminded them of a person or a place.
