Lucy Hale is the star of the latest Public Service Announcement for texting while driving. This new PSA aired during the season finale of Pretty Little Liars this past Tuesday.

The PSA is called “If Can Wait” and in it Lucy discusses the possible consequences for texting while driving. She also chats about why you should wait until you are out of the car to check your texts.
