A new still from Zac Efron’s upcoming film Neighbors has arrived. Previously titled Townies, Zac plays a fraternity brother who wreaks havoc on his next door neighbors played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.

Zac can be seen shirtless in the above still, at a fraternity cookout. The comedy, also starring Dave Franco, Lisa Kudrow, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse is due out next May.
