Let Me Be Your Ruler

The first trailer for Zac Efron’s new film Neighbors has arrived! Zac plays the head of a fraternity who moves in next door to married couple Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. When the couple gets fed up with the frats antics they begin a war.

Zac shot this film earlier this year alongside Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. The trailer above is the red band one so it contains explicit language and situations.

The film will hit theaters next summer! I’m definitely intrigued!
