Demi Lovato dropped by Live with Kelly and Michael today, September 3. Demi was on the show to promote the Season 3 premiere of X Factor.

While on the show, Demi talked her recent visit to Kenya, her role on Glee, the other X Factor judges, and so much more.

The X Factor will premiere on FOX starting September 11! One more week!
