How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?

The first look at Carrie Underwood as Maria von Trapp has arrived! Carrie is set to take on the iconic role of the nun turned nanny in NBC’s version of The Sound of Music.

Carrie will be joined by Stephen Moyer in the live production of the musical. Broadway veterans Audra McDonald, Laura Benanti, and Christian Borle has also been added to the cast.

Carrie in The Sound of Music will air LIVE on Thursday, December 5 on NBC!
