Demi Lovato was joined at We Day by her good friends the Jonas Brothers and she even stopped by their rehearsal to listen to them prepare. Demi uploaded a video of her singing along to their song “Pom Poms”.

Demi, who will begin eliminations for X Factor this week, will return to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on October 2. Her first book Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year is set for release on November 19!
